With experience working alongside both elite athletes and everyday clients, the focus has always remained the same - deliver structured, personalised coaching that improves strength, movement, and long-term physical performance. 

D1M1 Fitness is Canberra’s only performance facility to combine personalised 1:1 coaching, structured online training, and a dedicated remedial massage therapy clinic within one integrated space. This unique model allows clients to train, recover, and progress under a single, cohesive approach - removing the disconnect often found between gyms, therapists, and generic programs.

 

The result is a more intelligent pathway toward strength, resilience, and long-term physical performance, supported by expert guidance at every stage of the journey.

MEET DIMITRI

Founder of D1M1 Fitness & Clinical Performance Coach

Dimitri is an ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach, qualified Remedial Massage Therapist and Sports & Wellness Nurition Coach, dedicated to helping clients achieve lasting physical change through intelligent training and purposeful recovery.

 

With experience supporting both high-performance athletes and everyday individuals, his approach blends structured strength development with clinically informed treatment to improve movement, reduce injury risk, and build long-term resilience.

Rather than relying on generic programs or short-term fixes, Dimitir focuses on personalised coaching designed around the individual - ensuring every client not only performs at their best, but recovers properly and continues progressing over time.
